The winery is located in the basement of La Mozaira. It is a space that originally did not exist in the old farmhouse, as the cultivated land in L’Horta Nord is very humid. Ten years ago it was built in the sub-floor to house our own wine cellar.
In the cellar you can find a wide variety of wines from the Comunitat Valenciana, such as those of the Bobal Denomination of Origin from the crops of the Plana de Utiel-Requena, or red wines made from Monastrell, Chardonnay or Syrah grapes, among others.
At La Mozaira we are actively involved in promoting wine tourism and the unique qualities of our vineyards, but we also have reserves with Designation of Origin from other national territories such as La Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rias Baixas or Rueda, and even some select wines from other parts of Europe.
Our cellar imitates the style of the traditional underground stone cellars, with dim lighting, fully ventilated and acclimatised for the favourable conservation of our wines.
