The La Mozaira restaurant presents a typical gastronomy of the Levante region of Valencia, with excellent ingredients and Mediterranean aromas that transport you to our Valencian coasts. Commanded by our excellent chef Vicent Sanchis Cogollos, in this kitchen the rice dishes lead the enjoyment of a traditional meal, but there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from to suit the taste of the consumer. We also have a careful selection of wines available to our customers, with a wide variety of wines from the Comunitat Valenciana, such as those of the Bobal Denomination of Origin from the crops of the Plana de Utiel-Requena, or reds from Monastrell, Chardonnay or Syrah grapes, among others.
To speak of our restaurant is to speak of Mediterranean gastronomy, of traditional cuisine with an avant-garde and innovative touch, and above all, of the highest quality products. What could be more natural than preparing our recipes with freshly harvested vegetables from our own garden?
