Our readers are already familiar with La Mozaira, a restaurant project born in the Alboraya market garden, recovering a dream farmhouse. What they may not know is that at the end of last year, a young man, barely 24 years old, turned its kitchen upside down. His name is Vicent Sanchis Cogollos, and together with José Vicente and Wioletta, he is ready to leave his mark on our tables, and he is working hard to make his skills known to us.
